Humans at work.
Hi, I’m Donna, founder of the DPA.
I help organisations humanify communication and culture, strengthening trust, engagement and collaboration.
What the DPA does.
Human-Centred Organisational Development Consultant
Strengthening psychological safety, performance and wellbeing.

I support VCSE, public sector and values-led organisations to strengthen communication, relationships and culture, creating the conditions for people and organisations to thrive.
Why this support matters?

The DPA approach.
My work focuses on communication, relationships and organisational development, and how people experience work.
Using the DPA: DNA Human First Approach, I combine wellbeing, neuroscience and creative thinking to strengthen trust, engagement and collaboration — the foundations of psychological safety in practice.
This supports healthier communication, more effective ways of working, and long-term organisational sustainability.
How this shows up in practice.
🗸 Communication that is clear, human and effective — improving alignment and reducing friction
🗸 Stronger organisational culture and team connection — supporting engagement, retention and trust
🗸 Better engagement across teams and external relationships — improving collaboration and stakeholder outcomes
🗸 Healthier collaboration, innovation and working relationships — supporting adaptability, effectiveness and sustainable performance
Why creativity matters.
Creativity isn't just about art.
It's how people solve problems, adapt to change, communicate ideas and innovate.
Research consistently shows strong links between creativity, wellbeing, innovation and psychological safety. When people feel safe enough to speak up, experiment and think differently, better ideas, stronger collaboration and healthier cultures can emerge.
As a professional creative, facilitator and organisational development practitioner, I use creative thinking as a practical tool for connection, reflection, problem-solving and meaningful change.
About me.
I create reflective, psychologically safe spaces where people communicate more openly, think differently and create meaningful change.
With over 20 years' experience across organisational development, facilitation, communication, wellbeing, leadership and marketing, I've supported more than 1,500 people across education, business, public sector and community settings.
Alongside Dynamic Potential Academy, I am Development & Partnership Lead at CRASAC, developing trauma-informed partnership and communication strategies that strengthen connection between organisations, communities and people.
I am also a practising creative, using creative practice to explore communication, human behaviour, design thinking and connection.
