What the DPA does.

I support VCSE, public sector and values-led organisations to strengthen trust, engagement and collaboration through practical, creative and human-centred approaches.

How this shows up in practice.

🗸 Communication that is clear, human and effective — improving alignment and reducing friction

🗸 Stronger organisational culture and team connection — supporting engagement, retention and trust

🗸 Better engagement across teams and external relationships — improving collaboration and stakeholder outcomes

🗸 Healthier collaboration, innovation and working relationships — supporting adaptability, effectiveness and sustainable performance

The DPA approach.

My work focuses on communication, relationships and organisational development, and how people experience work.

Using the DPA: DNA Human First Approach, I combine wellbeing, neuroscience and creative thinking to strengthen trust, engagement and collaboration — the foundations of psychological safety in practice.

This supports healthier communication, more effective ways of working, and long-term organisational sustainability.

Why creativity matters.

Creativity isn't just about art.

It's how people solve problems, adapt to change, communicate ideas and create new possibilities.

Research consistently shows that creativity, wellbeing and innovation are closely connected, and that these things flourish when people feel psychologically safe enough to speak up, experiment and learn without fear of judgement.

As a professional creative, facilitator and organisational development practitioner, I use creative thinking as a practical tool for connection, reflection, problem-solving and meaningful change.

For me, creativity isn't an activityit's a way of helping people think differently, navigate complexity and unlock new possibilities.

How I support organisations.

Consultancy

Working with organisations on communication, engagement and workplace culture challenges and development.

Facilitation

Designing and delivering sessions that build connection, trust and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Development Support

Helping organisations translate values, communication and culture into everyday practice.

About me.

I create reflective, psychologically safe spaces where people communicate more openly, think differently and create meaningful change.

I bring over 20 years’ experience across organisational development, facilitation, communication, wellbeing, leadership and marketing, supporting more than 1,500 people across education, business, public sector and community settings.

Alongside my consultancy through Dynamic Potential Academy, I am Development & Partnership Lead at CRASAC (Coventry Rape and Abuse and Sexual Assault Centre), where I develop trauma-informed partnership and communication strategies that strengthen connection between organisations, communities and people, supporting the long-term sustainability of the charity.

Across both roles, my work focuses on helping people and organisations build confidence, communication and more collaborative ways of working.

I am also a practising creative, exploring communication, human behaviour, design thinking and connection through creative practice.
