Hi, I’m Donna — founder of the Dynamic Potential Academy, where Creative Leadership training meets emotional intelligence and well-being.

Too many people — whether in boardrooms or classrooms — feel stuck, disconnected, or burnt out. The Academy offers a refreshing alternative: a playful, practical space to grow confident, creative leaders at every stage of life.

We work with teams, educators, and young people to build emotional resilience, purpose, and real-world skills — using neuroscience, creativity, and reflective practice to spark human connection and long-term change.

Think of it as turning rocks into sponges — surprising, effective, and good for everyone.

How do we cultivate that space?

Creativity and innovation can flourish by setting a Psychologically Safe Space for honest conversations.

Include creative flow activities, such as Design Thinking, LEGO® Serious Play®, and Co-Design, as well as just chatting and doodling. Neuroscientific research shows the benefits of creative-based flow activities connected with reflective thinking tasks.

Whatever comes out, comes out. Reflection and Connection are the cornerstones of my sessions, and from that, significant growth emerges.
