Leadership & wellness through Creativity
Welcome
I’m Donna. I’m a creative thinking and wellness facilitator…
"What does that mean?" you might ask.
It means primarily that I'm interested in how creativity can enrich understanding and, ultimately, wellness—it’s about being well, feeling well, understanding the things that can make a situation unwell, and the impact of feeling unsafe.
We can learn how to use creativity to drive understanding, develop deep connections, and deal with problems that crop up—in essence, how to live and well, work well.
Enabling leaders to make positive changes for a more stable and healthy future for everyone.
How does one facilitate that?
Through creative flow activities, we can find strategic wellness solutions. One simple example is chatting while doodling. Neuroscientific research shows the benefits of creative-based flow activities connected with reflective thinking tasks.
Whatever comes out, comes out. Creation, reflection and communication are the cornerstones of my sessions.
My job as the facilitator is to make it happen and to support everyone along the way.
"Employee engagement and wellness are finally taking center stage in the business world. For too long, they have been viewed as the responsibility of the HR department and not an integral part of business strategy. However, it is increasingly clear that unhealthy and unengaged employees are a drag on productivity, innovation, and the bottom line."

In these person-centric sessions, we set a psychologically safe space where people can feel free and trust the process without worry of judgment or disapproval. There are no wrong answers or failures in our sessions.
More critical than thinking of yourself as creative, is a willingness to try new things.
Create well-being.
In these person-centric sessions, participants take part in fun, practical, and ‘flow'- encouraging activities such as painting, drawing, collaging, etc.,
These sessions improve individual cognitive wellness and relaxation while giving people a visual voice and a new communication method. They also help break down disconnections, generate solutions to problems, and cultivate a healthier working environment.
Create insights.
create CONNECTion.
In this safe space, participants are given time to reflect and connect with their thoughts and emotions by viewing other people's work and ideas.
