Why I created the DPA.

Hi, I’m Donna — a coach, facilitator, and creative human who’s been on both sides of burnout and breakthrough.

This work was born from a personal turning point. After years of operating in high-pressure environments, I hit burnout. It was creativity, emotional intelligence, and the science of well-being that helped me recover — and grow into the kind of leader I’d always wanted to be.

That experience sparked a question that continues to drive me:

What if more leaders could access the tools to lead well and feel well?

I created Dynamic Potential Academy to help answer that question. Through facilitated workshops, leadership development, and psychologically safe spaces, I support individuals and organisations to thrive — not just survive — in complexity.

Our USP.

This is not corporate training as usual. This work is personal to you. It’s purposeful, and it’s designed to last.

What I believe…

  • Creative leadership is for everyone — it’s not about being artistic, it’s about thinking differently, empathising deeply, and leading with flexibility and heart.

  • Psychological safety fuels innovation — when people feel safe to express, question, and imagine, they create incredible things.

  • Sustainable success starts with self-awareness — knowing how we function mentally, emotionally, and creatively allows us to lead with confidence and care.

Who I work with.

I collaborate with forward-thinking leaders, teams, and organisations who are ready to:

  • Navigate change and complexity with clarity, creativity, and strategic confidence

  • Lead with emotional intelligence to boost engagement, resilience, and trust

  • Build psychologically safe cultures where innovation and collaboration thrive

  • Prioritise well-being to reduce burnout and drive sustainable performance

Whether you're a team leader, executive, or growing organisation — if you're committed to doing great work without losing your humanity — you're in the right place.
