We’ve worked with organisations, communities, and educational institutions across sectors.

Meet the founder

I’m Donna, founder of Dynamic Potential Academy. Our mission is to help people thrive — building confidence, practical skills, and connection.

As a creative facilitation team, we turn the boredom of conventional training on its head, making sessions hands-on, inclusive, and impactful.

About the DPA

Our approach.

Combining neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and creative facilitation to:

  • Understand how people tick – practical insights into thinking, feeling, and deciding

  • Learn by doing – hands-on activities, reflection, and problem-solving

  • Feel safe and supported – growth happens when people are respected and heard

  • Use real tools – practical skills for communication, confidence, and collaboration

How do we cultivate our space?

We create safe, supportive spaces where honest conversations and hands-on activities help people do their best work. Using LEGO® Serious Play®, co-design, doodling, or just chatting, participants explore, reflect, and connect. Whatever emerges is welcome — from reflection and connection, meaningful growth follows.

Nomatter Sande, Interdisciplinary Researcher | Religion | Social Change / Transformation

  • “I now feel that I am much more in tune with who I want to be and who I currently am. I am able to make better decisions and ask others for support when I struggle with decisions, and I am able to put my foot down and ask questions which might have been difficult for me in the past.”

Tabitha Odutayo, Dressing and Production Coordinator

  • “This approach resulted in a total mindset shift where I began to feel empowered with a growth mindset. I feel like I'm moving forward, tapping into my skillsets and strengths. She really got me thinking outside the box.”
