Youth Support
Training Offer.
Discover potential. Build confidence. Thrive with EXPAND.
EXPAND offers two complementary programmes — Emerge and Ignite — designed to build confidence, emotional resilience, and practical skills. All learning is delivered in a safe, creative environment that fosters self-expression, connection, and growth.
Young people often face anxiety, disengagement, or personal challenges. EXPAND supports them to move from overwhelm to ownership, discovering their strengths, exploring personal direction, and developing the skills needed for success in learning, work, and life.
Emerge - Personal & Professional Development
Emerge helps learners develop self-awareness, emotional literacy, confidence, and practical skills that prepare them for education, work, and social challenges. The programme blends creative activities, reflection, and goal-setting to build resilience and self-leadership.
Ignite - Identity, Communication & Personal Direction
Ignite supports young people to explore who they are, express themselves effectively, and make clear steps toward personal goals. Through creativity and guided reflection, learners gain clarity, confidence, and direction.

Service Options.
-

1:1 Coaching & Emotional Check-ins
Every learner has the opportunity for individualised support, whether through informal check-ins or structured 1:1s. These touchpoints focus on goal-setting, wellbeing tracking, and personal reflection.
-

Creative Group Workshops
Young people take part in structured, high-impact group sessions designed to build skills, boost confidence, and foster connection. These sessions are trauma-informed, inclusive, and blend active tasks, discussion, and reflection.
-

Independent Reflection & Creative Tasks
Learners are given space (and tools) to work on personal projects, reflective prompts, or creative outputs between or during sessions. This promotes ownership, self-regulation, and independent thinking.
