Psychological Safety, Brought to Life

Create workplaces where people think, speak and thrive

Psychological safety isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s the foundation of healthy teams, effective leadership, and meaningful collaboration.

Join us for a practical, engaging 3-hour in-person workshop from Dynamic Potential Academy, designed to help leaders and teams understand what psychological safety really is, why it matters, and how to actively cultivate it in day-to-day working life.

Who it’s for

For organisations where people are capable and committed — but don’t always feel safe to speak up, ask questions, or challenge ideas.

Ideal for:

  • Leadership teams under pressure

  • Managers and their teams

  • Cross-functional or mixed-role groups

  • Organisations seeking healthier communication and collaboration

Delivered for leaders, teams, or both — with careful facilitation to support psychological safety throughout.

Why LEGO and neuroscience?

Psychological safety is experienced, not explained.

Hands-on, visual approaches help reduce pressure, bypass hierarchy, and support deeper reflection. Combined with insights from neuroscience, this creates the conditions for more open, thoughtful and constructive conversations — even around sensitive topics.

What We Use

This workshop draws on:

  • LEGO-based reflective building to explore experiences and systems safely

  • Empathy-led tools to understand different perspectives in the workplace

  • Root-cause thinking to move beyond surface behaviours

  • Neuroscience and emotional intelligence to understand how safety, threat and learning really work

No prior knowledge is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

What makes this different?

This isn’t a lecture or a tick-box training session.

Participants will:

  • Explore what psychological safety feels like — and why it differs for everyone

  • Surface real, often unspoken barriers in a non-confrontational way

  • Understand the impact of leadership behaviours, systems and culture

  • Build shared understanding across leaders and teams

  • Identify small, practical actions that create immediate change

Creative, hands-on methods help reduce hierarchy, defensiveness and “saying the right thing”, making space for honest reflection and meaningful insight.

What you’ll leave with

✔️ A shared language for psychological safety

✔️ Deeper understanding of how safety is created — or undermined

✔️ Clear, realistic actions they can take in their roles

✔️ Greater trust, awareness and connection across the group
