Hi, I’m Donna — founder of the Dynamic Potential Academy, where Creative Leadership training meets emotional intelligence and well-being.
Too many people feel stuck, disconnected, or burnt out in how they work and lead. The Academy offers a refreshing alternative — a playful, practical space to grow confident, creative leaders.
We use neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and creativity to build stronger connections and more human ways of working. Think of it as turning rocks into sponges — surprising, effective, and good for everyone.
