Join us for a beautiful weekend of well-being, creativity, great food, and great conversations.
We will have many activities and opportunities to explore creativity and our well-being and head out and explore the area we stay in. Feel free to make yourself comfortable and participate as much or as little as you want. All materials will be provided.
Unfortunately, even though I was planning to host our debut retreat in Autumn, capacity hasn't allowed it. We are now looking to offer this opportunity in February 2025.

The aim of the retreat is to give people the opportunity to take several days out to recharge, to learn, to play, to have fun and to nurture their creative well-being

If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or a bit lost this retreat can help you recentre and process what you are going through.
In this non-judgemental psychologically safe space you can contribute as much or as little as you are comfortable doing.

• Firstly you get to switch off and create. So you will take with you a sense of catharsis and calm.
• Tools to help you when you manage overwhelmed, review and reset.
• New connections, as you will meet like-minded people who are going through what you are
• An authentic foundation of self-awareness.
• Lastly you take home the products of your creativity, artwork, writing and worksheets for anything that you take part in.
