Hi, I'm Donna, and the DPA or the Donna Preece Academy is my contributing solution to a disconnected and overwhelmed world.

I'm a Creative Facilitator specialising in utilising creative understanding for greater results, well-being and fun.

I'm also a hybrid incorporation and an Events Manager and Branding and Communications Developer.

As a creative, I am fortunate to have developed my passions into events-based and social-value enterprises. I've gained invaluable insights into the pragmatic operational side of events and enterprise, social value, and creative thinking facilitation's power.

In everything I do, I bring people together to create an environment of psychological safety and value for everyone, adding a sustainable progression for the well-being of enterprises and individuals.

There is power and insight in creativity, and it's my mission to enable organisations to to become empowered with creativity.

Creativity can be overlooked as frivolous and unnecessary. Still, from my personal experience, it has been the golden thread throughout my career, and it's what makes my facilitation, project management, and approach to well-being deeply valuable and special.

As the old adage goes, "A picture can speak a thousand words.", there's power in creative methods of communication, and I believe every organisation can benefit from harnessing that power.

It is to empower people and organisations to understand themselves and their potential. To teach individuals to authentically manage their lives and businesses with significant results; greater effectiveness of business, life and well-being.
