Why I created the Restore, well-being workshops.

Based on Neuroscientific research, these Restore workshops teach people how to care for their mental well-being while creating an environment without judgment through open, honest conversation and creative learning.

These activities have been key to helping me create the calmer and more considerate life I wanted when I was feeling overwhelmed and unwell.

Restore is a nurturing, honest, and practical space that can provide empowerment and well-being and teach many valuable lessons.

  • These workshops aim to enable you understand your overwhelm and manage your well-being in the future.

    The objectives are that by the end of the workshop, participants should be able to recognise the signs leading up to overwhelm, be able to curtail the issues, or manage them when they arise.

  • Are you feeling overwhlemed and like you haven’t had time for yourself in too long? Do you have anything you do to switch off or take your mind of your work-life? This workshop helps you iunderstand what you need and how to go about getting it for a greater sense of well-being in your life.

  • A deeper understanding or who you are and what you need.

    An awareness of tools to help you prioirtise well-being in your life. Well-being and Self-management; via energy, time and task prioritisation assessment and techniques.

    Like minded people who are going through similar things in their lives.

 

Restore well-being workshops

Restore are the DPA’s personal development “Understand and Manage Burnout” workshops.

These workshops mainly aim to help people review their current situation and recognise the signs of being overwhelmed through creative learning.

This workshop will enable people to take time to assess their situation and make positive, manageable life changes to ensure long-term results for their greater well-being.

These sessions are helpful for most people who are feeling overwhelmed. The tasks are a good check-in with yourself to help you take stock and understand what is going on with you. If you have any concerns or questions, reach out to me (Donna) directly donna@thedpa.uk
