Donna Preece Academy invites you to our creatively delivered work-life balance-inspired Develop – Well-Being Workshop. This workshop is for people who need to take time out, review where they are and reset their habits for more self-care resulting in better productivity and results in your life.

  • Learn tools to combat overwhelm to enjoy your downtime

  • Build your self-awareness to help you manage your well-being more effectively

  • Be able to utilise insights from the facilitator and the ‘power of the group’

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THIS SESSION?

Session Objective - The main objective of the session is for you to learn via creative techniques insights about yourself and how to approach life, with vales, boundaries and direction.

  • UNDERSTAND – What overwhelm is and how it affects your body and brain.

  • TIPS & TRICKS - Learn tools and tips to help you manage overwhelming situations in the short-term.

  • DEVELOP - Greater self-awareness for a more substantial understanding of long-term solutions.

  • IDENTIFY - Identify core values and motivations to help trim the attention excess in your life.

Part One - What – Is overwhelm? Recognise what it means and looks like for you and other people?

Part Two - You - Build your authentic self-awareness to help you take action to reduce the overwhelm.

Part Three – How – Can you implement what you’ve learnt? Learn expectation management tools and people and schedule management techniques  to help you manage your well-being and consciously and effectively.

Who is Donna?

Donna is an ardent creative personal and professional development facilitator. After developing a successful high-pressured diverse, and extensive professional portfolio career, she endured a nervous breakdown. This workshop shares the results of what she has learned throughout her research and life and how she best manages her schedule and enforces caring boundaries in her life.  

Donna has successfully supported hundreds of business professionals to develop their businesses and professional habits. As a HEA in Higher Education, she has had the privilege of teaching for 15 years and is a lifelong creative with a passion for psychology and what makes people tick.
