After the postponement of the Christmas event last year we have decided to merge our planned Connect Coffee, Cuppa Chat Get Together. and our infamous fun-filled Play Games afternoon hosted by Captain Fats and myself.

So if you are:

• overwhelmed, bored or disenchanted with constant streaming and online events?

• finding it difficult to switch off and have no real downtime?

• struggling to focus at work and bring new fresh ideas and perspectives?

• open to experimenting with creativity and learning new things

We invite you to come along hang out and stay for as little or as long as you like; Let’s grab some food, have a drink, and play some fun and friendly games with the group.

We have hosted a few events now and each one has been full of laughs and have forged deeper connections with everyone.

You are never obligated to do anything you don’t want to do, it’s an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy yourself.

Donna is an ardent creative personal, events host and professional development facilitator, delving into the world of expressive abstract art, photography and contemporary crafts. Using her experience and technical abilities, she supports individuals to harness creativity to become self-aware, switch off, repair, and understand what they need to restore life balance.

Donna has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a Fellowship in Higher Education Professional Practice from the Higher Education Academy; she has had the privilege of teaching for 15 years and is a lifelong creative with a passion for psychology and what makes people tick.
